At Woodlea Primary School, we are proud to offer wrap around child care.

We have our Good Morning Breakfast Club, which runs from 7:45am to 8:30am and we also have our Treehouse After School Club which runs from 3:15pm - 5:45pm.

Felix's Good Morning Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club opens at 7:45am every school day and is held in the school hall with Ms Knowles. In keeping with our healthy lifestyles, the children are offered a healthy breakfast each morning. Parents and carers must sign their child in each day.

There is a choice of:

• cereals (non sugary)
• fruit
• whole meal toast
• juice or water

We can cater for any dietary requirements.

The Treehouse After School Care

Our After School care starts at 3:15pm every school day and ends at 5:45pm. and is run by Mrs Nash and Miss Graham. In keeping with our healthy lifestyles, the children are offered a healthy snack.

How does it work?

Breakfast club & After School Care are both bookable through scopay.com. We ask that all children attending breakfast club must be booked at least 7 days in advance, so that we know how many children we will be catering for. You will need to have a positive balance on your scopay account in order to book your child's place. Please contact the school office for further details:

We can accommodate emergency bookings but where possible we ask for you to book in advance. Cancellations must be made via the school office. You will need to give us 48 hours notice or else you will be charged.

The cost for breakfast club is:

• 7:45am - 8:30am - £3.50 per session/per child
• 8:15am - 8:30am - £2.00 per session/per child (no breakfast included)
• Last minute bookings - 50p extra cost, per session/per child

The cost of after school care is:

• 3:15pm - 5:45pm - £12 per session/per child
• 3:15pm - 4:30pm - £6 per session/per child
• Last minute bookings - 50p extra cost, per session/per child

Security Information

• all our staff are DBS checked and have received first aid training
• all staff have had safeguarding training and know how to keep children safe and how to report concerns or accidents
• our school site is secure and no unchecked visitors are allowed on school site
• your child must be dropped off in the main entrance area and be handed over to an adult
• your child must not be dropped off before 7:45am
• we are unable to accept children not booked in advance as this may exceed our staffing ratio
